The Process

Each life settlement transaction process involves unique and various factors such as age, life expectancy, type of policy, face amount, surrender value, loans, premiums and changes in health. For this reason, the application process is streamlined but each transaction remains customized.

Our process is simple, seamless, quick and confidential. For the broker, it is as easy and effortless as offering this option to your client and having them agree to consider and evaluate an offer. There is never any type of obligation to you or your client to accept any type of offer. Once the process is under way, it takes only a couple of weeks to complete - from filling out a short application, gathering secondary information, evaluating the policy and receiving multiple offers! That is it. Please also note, assuming up-to-date medical records exist, your client will NEVER be asked to undergo any type of medical exam or physical.
